The Rubberex compounding unit provides engineered formulations for industrial part production through the specialized combination of raw materials. These compounds are developed based on project requirements and operating conditions, using base materials such as NBR, EPDM, NR, SBR, FKM, Silicone, and PU.

In this department, the required properties for each industry—such as abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, high pressure tolerance, temperature resistance, oil resistance, impact resistance, or food-contact compatibility—are carefully simulated and incorporated into the final formulation. The result is the production of components that meet industrial standards in terms of quality, durability, and performance.
